Co-founder & CEO
A serial entrepreneur with a passion for real estate and technology, Ajay has spent over a decade in this industry having built (& exited) multiple companies. He actively spends time learning about new technologies and brainstorms with industry leaders on leveraging them for maximum impact in the real estate market. When he's not building MonkSpaces.Ai, he can be found training for marathons, writing essays or spending time with his family.
Co-Founder
Hailing from a entrepreneurial family, Bala was always sure he wanted to build businesses which are high on impact. He joined Ajay when they built (& exited) Cozee Homes - One of India's most successful home rental marketplaces in 2019. He dons multiple hats at MonkSpaces.Ai primarily leading the product and customer success teams. Bala is an angel investor and actively spends time networking and learning from fellow entrepreneurs.
