Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for the subscription fees for MonkSpaces.Ai, provided by Monk Tech Labs Pte Ltd.

General Policy

All fees for subscriptions to the MonkSpaces.Ai service are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription months, unused time, or service downgrades once a payment has been processed.

Superseding Agreement Clause

If Monk Tech Labs Pte Ltd and the customer have executed a written sales contract or master service agreement, any refund or credit terms specified in that agreement shall supersede the terms of this Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

    As per the Sales Agreement: The customer may cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy, notice period, and any minimum committed period or lock-in period defined in their signed sales agreement.

    Standard Cancellation (No Sales Agreement): If no separate agreement exists, the customer may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a 60-day written notice to [email protected].

    The cancellation will take effect at the end of the 60-day notice period, and the customer will be responsible for all fees incurred during this period.

    The customer will retain access to the Service until the effective cancellation date.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

    Confirmed Billing Errors: If we confirm a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the amount erroneously charged.

    As Required by Law: Where refunds or a right to cancel are mandated by the applicable laws of Singapore.

    Communications: We may keep a record of any communications you have with us, such as through support requests or feedback submissions.
