The platform works across residential, commercial, co-living, student housing, co-working, and mixed-use properties. Our AI agents are built around real estate workflows and can be configured for the specific processes each property type requires.

Anytime the AI is not confident about a response, it either escalates the conversation to a human team member with full context, or informs the customer that a team member will follow up shortly. This human-in-the-loop capability is built into the platform and can be configured based on your team's workflows.

Typically 1 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity. The two things we need from your side to get started are: first, business context to train the AI on - your portfolio details, business background, processes, and SOPs; and second, access to integrate with your existing systems, whether that is a CRM, PMS, or other tools. Once both are in place, most implementations go live within 1 to 2 weeks.

Pricing is consumption-based. You pay per minute of Voice AI usage and per message sent via WhatsApp and Email AI. Given how early the AI ecosystem is, we are still refining our pricing model, and we offer volume discounts for higher usage. For specific pricing details, please reach out to our sales team.

Yes. Our SaaS platform is SOC 2 compliant, and our AI platform is currently undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your data to train our base models, and you retain full control over your data at all times.

Yes. You control the tone, terminology, and communication style. You can upload your SOPs, property guidelines, and templates so the AI responds in a way that reflects your business. Our team works with you during onboarding to configure this correctly.
